How to update the Stage of the lead on People page ?

To update lead stages:

1. Go to the People page
2. Select the leads you want to update
3. Click on "More Actions" (second-to-last option next to Delete)
4. Select "Update Stages"

5. Choose the stage you want to apply
6. Click "Update Stage" to apply the change to all selected leads
