How to check the status of your Imported CSV file?

To check the status of your imported CSV file:

1. Go to the People page
2. Hover over Import People
3. Click on Check CSV Status


4. Find the CSV file you want to check
5. Click on Download Report



The downloaded report will show any issues that prevented leads from being imported into your NOVACRM account.
